This map shows where there is the highest likelihood of power outages as estimated from WSI, our weather vendor. They use an algorithm that includes wind speeds, wind duration, etc. It is just a rough guide, and of course we won't know until the storm is over how many folks are left without power. It is clear from this map, though, that areas north of I-64 will stand the greatest chances of losing power, which makes sense, since that where the strongest winds for the longest period of time are expected.
Again, we want to emphasize that this is simply a projection, one that will very well change as the storm moves closer.
