Even though a lot of us haven't seen ANY rain yet, there have been at least a couple of inches of rain that have fallen in areas of eastern Virginia over the past 12 to 15 hours. Flood warnings are in effect until at least 7:15pm Sunday across the Peninsulas, Eastern Shore, and southeast VA. These warnings could be extended as rain continues to fall. Richmond/Petersburg will still likely see rain later today and tonight.
