Drone technology laws could become hot GA topic

In case you missed it, here was my story from Tuesday night on the rise of drone technology and its impact on your privacy:

The search for a balance in the technology's usefulness and its threat to your privacy could be a hot topic in the upcoming Virginia General Assembly session.

Northern Virginia Del. Todd Gilbert has teamed up with the ACLU to draft a bill that would require any government to specific approval from their legislative authority for the specific use of drones.

Many different versions of bills designed to monitor drone use are expected to pop up.

We will keep a track on all of them.
