Two big stars will be in Virginia on Saturday for a busy campaign day. Those stars are on pretty far ends of the celebrity spectrum, but both should bring big stars from their respective constituencies.
The Romney campaign will bring Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker to Virginia for two events on Saturday. Walker, who catapulted to national fame after fending off a recall challenge in the spring, has become a cult hero to the conservative right. Walker's win is giving republicans dreams of perhaps stealing Wisconsin from Obama. A dream that didn't seem possible early in the year.

Walker will join Governor Bob McDonnell at an event in Loudoun County, which is fast becoming a popular political destination, and then be on hand as the Romney team opens their Virginia headquarters in Arlington.
Meanwhile recording artist John Legend comes to Norfolk for the Obama campaign tomorrow for two campaign events. Legend will tour barber shops in Norfolk Saturday morning and then appear at a canvass kickoff with local volunteers early that afternoon. Legend will not be performing.
While you would be hard pressed to find one person who might put both Legend and Walker in the category of "star" (aside from me, I guess), both are big names who underscore the importance Virginia continues to play as the campaign heats up.
